Terms of Use

Last updated: 17 June 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of inchicme.com operated by InChicMe. By accessing the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Purchases of goods are additionally governed by our Terms of Sale, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have verifiable parental/guardian consent, to use this site and place orders.

You represent that information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use any payment method submitted.

2. Handmade products — images vs. actual goods (important)

InChicMe sells handmade, hand-embroidered, and artisan-crafted pieces. Each item is individually made by skilled craftspeople — not mass-produced.

Product photographs on our website are for illustration and styling purposes. Because every piece is made by hand, your item may differ from photos in: colour tone and saturation; thread density, stitch pattern, and embroidery placement; texture and fabric grain; minor size or shape variations (typically within ±2 cm / ±1 inch where applicable); and natural material markings.

These differences are inherent characteristics of authentic handmade work — not defects — and do not entitle you to a return or refund unless the item is faulty under applicable consumer law.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accept this handmade nature and the possible variation between listing images and the product you receive.

3. Website content and intellectual property

All content on inchicme.com — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and designs — is owned by InChicMe or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Unauthorised use of our brand name "InChicMe", logos, or product images for commercial purposes is prohibited.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse the site; attempt unauthorised access to systems or accounts; introduce malware; use bots or scrapers that impair site performance; post false or defamatory content; or use the site for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations without notice where permitted by law.

5. Product information and pricing

We strive to display accurate descriptions and prices. Errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders placed at an incorrect price before dispatch, with a full refund of any amount paid.

Prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise. VAT is included where indicated at checkout for applicable EU destinations.

Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

6. Third-party links and services

The site may link to third parties (e.g. PayPal). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties (website)

The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer regarding goods purchased through the site.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ${brand} shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website (including loss of profit, data, or goodwill).

Our total liability for website-related claims (excluding product liability for purchased goods, which is governed by Terms of Sale and mandatory consumer law) shall not exceed EUR 100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of our place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
